Tips for a Smooth Furniture Delivery
When Classic Calls
Please plan to be at
home when we arrive. Our shipping department will be in
touch with a delivery date and time frame for our arrival.
Be flexible. In rare
instances, a piece may be so heavy that it may be necessary
to enlist additional help. If you cannot supply the support,
we can make additional arrangements at your expense. |

Trust the experience of your
Classic Moving crews. Your driver may advise against maneuvering
certain items through small doors or narrow hallways. Should
you not agree, we will ask that you sign a release as we can
not be held liable for any resulting damage to your home or
furniture.
Before We Arrive
Complete "Delivery Directions"
at time of sale. Remember, delivery vehicles measure between
35 and 75 feet long. Let us know ahead of time if this presents
a problem in your neighborhood.
Please notify the Shipping
Department of any restrictions and / or time limits in your
development or condo or of any other special delivery limitation.
Ensure your room and doorways
can accommodate oversized pieces. You may have to remove doors
or railings prior to our arrival.
Remove pictures, mirrors,
nails and the like from narrow hallways to ensure safe delivery
of bulky items.
Be sure the area where the
new furniture will be positioned is clear and clean. We will
not move furniture from room to room.
We are not able to install
electronic or TV equipment.
